Is it ture? 2 year EAD for EB1 could mean trouble

According to USCIS, 2 year EAD should only be issued to person whose PD is NOT current at the time EAD is issued. So if you get a 2 year EDA, it should mean they think you were not current. It should, if everybody in the USCIS knows what he is doing, but as everybody knows, it is not alway the case. But for your own sake, you should check it out.
