Pijiang, EAD DIY, it seems I only need following documents

According your blog. I-485 based EAD application.
1.I765 form
2.copy of passport(I have not apply it before)
3.Two 2" x 2" photos
4.Check.

I feel it is so sample and I'd like to double check it with you.
