How long does it take to receive the approved EAD

I applied for my EAD at TSC recently, and the card was ordered on 11/26 and the online status indicated the card was sent out on 11/28, the LUD was on 12/1, and till now I haven't received the card yet. Is it normal, or could the card have been lost in the mail? If lost, what to do?
