urgent AP and EAD, please help!

my hu*****and is the primary applicater for NIW, our 140 got approved. 485 pending . today I received the request letter from USCIS asking for evidence of continuous employment ( employer letter) before Dec.11. But the problem is my hu*****and already quit the job and went back to China a few month ago without applying EAD and AP renewal. Right now, his old EAD and AP all expired last month, I fell so sad that he can't come back Even his previous employer---a national Lab still welcome him back. but the time is so tight! we got to response the USCIS letter Before Dec.11 if we still want the green card, otherwise it is considered abandoned. Can anybody help me and tell me ----
Is there any way to get the AP and EAD for my hu*****and in only one month? Anyinput will be very appreciated, Please! Thanks.
