EAD, H-1B and new job

I'm I485 pending (for over 12 months). I have EAD (expires in My 2009) and my H-1B has been extended for another 3 years a few months ago. I lost my job 2 weeks ago and I just got an offer from another company with the same role and similar salary. My questions are as follow.

1. Does the new company need to do anything about my EAD?
2. If the new company wouldn't transfer my H-1B, would it be OK for me?
3. Again, if the new company wouldn't want to take the trouble transferring my H-1B, could I hire an attorney to do it?
