Our EAD renewal is still pending after 120 days. it has expired now. we can not continue to work now. we requested expedite service, but received a letter saying we did not provide evidence of an extreme emergent need. My wife has been terminated now by her employer.
My question is how do you provide evidence of an extreme emergent need?
We were also told my wife's case is pending security clearance and we can not request expedite service if her case is pending security clearnace. she is the primary applicant, my own EAD was renewed without any problem like 2 months ago and we filed at the same time.
