EAD prcessing data confusion --- Survey

Hello Chinese Fellows,

Service Center Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center Posted September 15, 2008 show that the processing date is May 1, 2008.

In my case, my expiration date is Sept 24, 2008, applying renewal can not earlier than 120 days before the current EAD expired. That means many people
would not get EAD renewal on time.

My company is very strict on enforce I-9 compliance, If I can not get the new EAD, I will be terminated the employment. I am wondering how many of you have the same situation? Please share.

Any thing we could do?
