EAD1个月后过期,我现在可以重新申请新的EAD吗?

去年申请了一个EAD, 从未用过,十月初到期.我现在的H1到年底.明年打算用EAD工作.我现在可以重新申请一个新的EAD吗?不太想renew了,时间上可能也来不及了.
