紧急求助，被迫待业在家等EAD renewal, NSC pending过100天

我和LD是五月初递交的EAD renewal,到现在为止没有任何消息。我们的receipt notice上写的received date 比我们通过FEDEX 查的delivery date 晚了一个周。 我们的旧的EAD已经过期了. 没有被批准的EAD,公司不允许我们继续上班. 我们已经要求加急处理。但是20天过去了， 每次打电话就是说已经分配给supervisor， 然后让我们等。但是我们通过国会议员得到的消息是，他们没有找到我们的case, 说是他们有很多箱子to go through, 至少要10 到15天。 我们是通过律师递交的EAD renewal,他们也通过LILA正式要求加急处理。

如果超过了120天还没有动静，我们该怎么办？我们想去告移民局，有人能给点建议吗？

我们的485是在TSC, 但是EAD renewal是在NSC. 不管怎么样，都超过了90天。本来还期待485给我们一个惊喜，现在看来只能老老实实等EAD renewal了。

谁有类似的经历，谁有什么好办法，恳请建议!!!!!!!!!
