How to go to school by EAD?

My hu*****and has recently lost his H1-B but it is not expired. Now he uses EAD to work. I guess I also lost my H4 visa. Under this situation, if I want to go to school, what should I do? How can I get a F1 visa? Should I reenter the US and apply visa from a 3rd country? I really appreciate your kind help.
