485期间，AP和EAD使用问题，经BCIB权威证实的结论

居士昨天下午就ＥＡＤ和ＡＰ在４８５调整期间的使用问题，经ＢＣＩＢ移民法律顾问证实，现报告如下：

在４８５调整期间，若使用有效ＡＰ出入境美国，持有人原来身份不受影响，依然保持；若使用ＥＡＤ，则使用人的身份即转成调整状态（Adjust Status），原来的身份立即失效。

这与早期居士所倾向的观点吻合。
