紧急求助！请问我需要重新申请劳工卡，140 485 吗？

我去年拿到了劳工卡,then 我递了140，485。目前我面临layoff or transfer to 同公司的其他部门（不同辖区），
请问在这两种情况下我都需要重新申请劳工卡，140 485 吗？
