EAD and Travel Document Renew?

I-485 pending on NIW. Anybody please tell me how to renew my EAD and travel documents? What documents do I need to preapre? My lawyer says they can do that for me for $300 each person (me and my wife). Is it worthwhile to have a lawyer to do it?
Any info on this is highly appreciated.
