Sunday Breakfast,---希腊式牛油果烤面包片

清淡可口. 希腊菜式是我和老公喜欢的几大西餐菜式之一. 芝加哥希腊城的Greek Islands曾经是我们一大家子的聚集地：）

烤面包片，Sourdough bread

牛油果，剁成泥，挤柠檬汁，盐，黑胡椒粉调味

小西红柿，对半切开 （grape 或者 Cherry 都可以）

橄榄，Feta cheese

烤好的面包片上，抹上牛油果泥，再放上小西红柿，橄榄，Feta cheese

简单，又好吃，清爽

做饭，吃饭，看给谁做，跟谁一起吃，心境都会有不同.  上网聊天灌水也如此，也要讲灌水环境，感谢妙坛子，又可以跟大家一起分享这个早餐系列，又可以继续：）

院子里摘了一把Russian Sage. 我是超爱Russian sage, 前院后院都种了不少，这个觉得也是成片种才好看

 

买的新鲜出炉，还热乎乎的Sourdough 面包

 

 

 

 

配了两个鸡蛋，我每餐都会考虑碳水化物，脂肪，蛋白质，纤维搭配的，尽量搭配均衡：）.虽然我有时也会贴点喜欢的五花肉啥的，那都是解馋，一年做不了几次的，不是每天的食物：）

Russian sage， 除了同 Ornamental grass 搭配，还有black eyed susan等都是好搭配
