氡气超标怎么修

最近刚买了个老房子，地下室用自己测氡气的仪器测出的是6pci/L. 楼上2.6似乎是安全的。 我个人认为是因为很久没人住地下室的空气没有流通造成的，通风完了就好，最多建一套抽风设备几百上千块了不起了，LD要大动干戈推倒重建，争执不休。各位有没有经验，请提点建议，谢谢。
