我的面包情节~~豆沙，椰蓉

 

马上又要到做月饼季节了。想起无论面包还是月饼，豆沙和椰蓉都是我和孩子们的最爱，做面包在我家是三天两头的事。下面这个是我在家常做的面包之一，和大家分享一下。做月饼的豆沙都自己做，买来的含水分太多，但做面包的豆沙有时就买现成的了。

 

 

方子：

 

1 cup warm milk 温牛奶

1 extra egg 大鸡蛋

4 1/2 cups bread flour 高筋粉

5 tbs sugar 糖

2 tsp salt  

2 1/2 tsp yeast

4 tbs butter 半条

用面包机搅拌，搅拌时加入汤种

我汤种做法：5tbs 水，1tbs 高筋面粉，微波炉和炉子煮熟都可以

面包机二发后拿出来整形

面团一分二。一半做豆沙，一半做椰容

把一半分8小团，揉平加入豆沙，重新揉平，用lame 划刀表面划几刀，不要切断

 

 

边上卷起

两头接住

放暖处再发40分种

另一团做椰容

椰容比例是：椰容：糖：牛奶：黄油2:1:1:1 ，如果一个蛋60克椰容就是120克

把椰蓉包入面团就可以了，椰蓉也可以做成其它花式，我博客里有。

烤前都要刷蛋液

 

 

烤箱预热350度， 烤20分钟出炉

 

反正只要是妈妈做的都很好吃！
