从中国进口cashmere的问题

老美朋友的店想从中国进点儿cashmere的产品卖，但是她从来没有进口的经验，也不说中文。希望让我做翻译给中国厂家联系，我除了会中文，其他也是两眼一抹黑。问题1。美国有没有这个产品进口限制？2.哪儿去找厂家？ 3. 对方可以指点怎么办进口的手续吗? 4.我的角色应该是什么？我怎么收费？谢谢大家集思广益！
