LOW TECH的RETAIL店 not easy to get money.

1,If your restaurant is busy,next month, next door ,will be build another almost same menu restaurant.
2,Very hard working,you have to work by youself.Because you can not easy to find a good person to work for you.
may luck you find a very hard working person,But they do not want to stay longer.
