I was wrong,not good for any business

for example:

1.how many orders I have for last week
2.how many shipped,how many pending and why, how many I have not had a chance to take care.
3.I want my people in china can update order status since they are handling/shipping orders, and I want to know who updated what and when.
4.I want my customers see their order status

These functions are simple and criticle to any e-business.
