Thanks for suggestions.

I have a couple of other domain names that can get free traffic and I can take advantage of those domain names.
As for the staff support, I am considering to enlist some people who like writing articles to join forces. Some people do blogging for free, a pure wasting time. Why not publish their articles in a place that can earn some money for their contribution.
As for income, google adsense is a good start. When it grows to a point that the site enjoys a large audience, I am certain businesses to come to do ad on the site.
