You may already have a general sense of how the two tax plans differ: Trump’s tax plan calls for a fairly radical simplification of the tax code that would create 3 brackets: 12%, 25% and 33%. In Trump’s proposal, just about everyone gets a tax cut. Clinton’s tax plan is relatively modest. It would leave income tax rates virtually unchanged for most Americans who make under $250K. Top producers, however, will see a significant tax increase.
