Do you know what percentage of African American (AA) kids who grow up in a single mother family? There was 97 % family in a town in Michigan state. Do you know what percentage of AA kids smoke marijuana and other drugs? Do you know what % AA family, whole family on welfare system? It is related to its culture very much. There is the black mayor, black police chief, and lot of black police in Baltimore. There is nothing you could blame for racial discrimination.
