我送了个Email给UCLA校长。 我的英语不好，但意思他应该明白

另外他的简历表明他毕业于Standford。在U.Oregon拿MS,Ph.D。  是不是当年他没能在Standford拿Ph.D是因为他qualify 被亚裔学生挤掉了？有谁有当年他在Standford同学的资料？

Here I provide you a chart from the official data of UC system.

Just to include CA residents only because it better reflects the UC admission policy towards ethnic groups and it could filter out other reasons for admission such as to improve UC finical outlook by admitting more out of state and international students.

Another fundamental question is after 1995, the ratio of graduation and the ratio of  UCLA students to enter MS/Ph.D program.  If those ratios have up trends, That explains the fact that the over all quality of UCLA student body is getting better.  As an educator, you should judge your students by their academia achievement, not by skin color.
