Allegations of abuse_of Falun_ Gong_practitioners by the police and other_security_ personnel continued during the year (see section 1.c.). In addition, multiple_allegations of government_sanctioned_organ_harvesting_from_Falun_Gong_prisoners surfaced. In April overseas Falun_Gong_groups_claimed_that_a hospital in Sujiatun, _Shenyang, had been the site of a "concentration_camp_" and of mass_organ_harvesting, including from live_prisoners (see section 1.c.). The government_opened_the_facility_to diplomatic_observers and foreign_journalists, who found_nothing_inconsistent_with the_operation_of a_hospital.
