国际资本: 资本的CONTROLLER, not neccesary OWNER. They controls Large Globle Investment Banks.

Look at the market melt down on 8/5/2011 before S&P downgrade US 国债. This is the institution short operation by 国际资本. Because, they are the people who decide the downgrade.

S&P is their 媒体.
