BBC: Mariupol fighters to be exchanged for captive Russians

BBC: Ukrainian Deputy Defence Minister Hanna Malyar, who says 264 wounded Ukrainian fighters have been rescued from the Azovstal steel plant in Mariupol, says the freed troops were exchanged for captured Russian soldiers.
