I am in Chicago. State sale tax is 10%, really high. There are a lot of
tolls on highways. You may think you are in China when you drive in IL and
Chicago except China has much better roads. Those roads and streets in Chicago are so bad, bad conditions you never believe. Where are those money from tolls gone? Chicago is probably the most
currupted city and darkest city in US. Death toll by crime from the south side of
Chicago are comparable to troop casualty in Iraq and even higher than the
