这三个例子如果枪手没有遇到armed response (good guy with a gun), 那会轻而易举变成大规模枪击案。有人说为什么我从来没听说这些案例？正说明了问题所在：大规模枪击案（死人越多越轰动）才是breaking news，可以连续几周反复cover，而好人用枪阻止坏人往往就是一带而过，迅速被大家忘却。试想如果这次佛罗里达枪击案，枪手刚把枪拿出来就被隐藏持枪的老师毙了，这事会24/7所有电视台反复播吗？
