第二修正案说 the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not

Arms是武器的意思，不止包括枪，还包括地理，手榴弹，大炮，导弹，原子弹，都是武器，都是arms。严格按字面来，政府不能限制公民拥有大炮，战头机，轰炸机，鱼雷，潜艇，原子弹。你同不同意？
