he Looking China program has given me one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. At every turn I have been met with kindness,grace, and hospitality. Everyone from my subject, Wuying, to my partner Annie, to the old man at the tie-dye pavilion in Wuzhan, has bent over backwards to help me. I have learned so much and have made so many wonderful new friends. I am especially grateful for having such a wonderful partner, who helped me every step of the way and did her very best to inspire me. Without her, I would have nothing.
