“The Chinese Food Opera” is a visual exploration of the Chinese cuisine and its connection with the people, as an analogy of how a country is made of unique human beings. We won’t follow a character, because food itself it’s our character.  We’ll go from the final dish to its core to reveal the essence of Chinese cuisine: from the mass, to the individual.
