有那么多我爱的人和爱我的人－这就是生活

这几天天天到这里来潜水，‘这就是生活’篇篇文章都令我感动。心里有好多话，却不知道从哪里说起。我是个单身母亲，到美国来求学，后来把八岁的儿子接来，我们母子相依为命，靠我读博士、做博士后一点微薄的收入度过了那难忘的岁月。儿子上大学那年我拿到了一所医学院的faculty的位置，干到现在。儿子大学毕业以后工作了两年便回到学校读了个博士学位，现在刚刚开始工作。在我的生活里，除了儿子，还有父亲（母亲去世了）和弟弟妹妹以及他们两大家子人，还有我故去的老公的妹妹（他的父母都去世了）。 所以我虽然一个人生活，可是并不感到孤单，因为有那么多我爱的人以及爱我关心我的人。还有学生。每当学生通过博士论文给我一个拥抱，或者在校园里看到听过我的课的学生冲我点头微笑，我的心里都是美滋滋的。当然，儿子是最让我欣喜的了。三个月前我参加了儿子的博士论文报告会。报告会是博士生毕业的庆典，向全系的师生讲自己的科研成果。儿子在报告的最后先感谢了自己的导师、同学以及女朋友，最后，他打出一个幻灯片，是他和我的合影。他给大家讲了我的故事，如何到农村，如何到美国，如何一边读博士一边把他抚养成人。我禁不住泪流满面。讲完后他将一大把鲜花送到我面前。花是他托同学买了带到会场，我事先一点都没有察觉。这一刻我感到自己是世界上最幸福了人。这就是生活。
