特意注冊來謝謝甜酒甜﹗偶做酒酿有一段辛酸史, 在此不提也罷。這次終於成功了。

Sorry I can't type Chinese anymore. One thing you didn't make it clear enough...the purpose of turning on the light is to make the oven warm enough for yeast to cultivate. At first, I thought the light was just helping me to see better, I didn't realize the light has temperature. I was debating whether I wanted to turn it off at night…you probably don’t know how dummy people like me can be…hehe ;-) thank you!
