Ingredients:

-shrimp 9-10oz 鲜虾: you can find prepared shrimp at stores (peeled and cut) 买处理好的虾更方便

-pineapple chunks 5-6 oz: canned or fresh 菠萝块

-white pepper 白胡椒粉 1/4 tsp

-salt 盐 1/4 - 1/3 tsp

-egg white 蛋白 1/3

-cornstarch 1/3 cup + flour 2/3 cup 淀粉1/3杯+面粉2/3杯

-mayo sauce 4 tbs (any brand) 蛋黄酱

-lemon juice 1 tbs 柠檬汁

-sugar 1 tbs 糖
