烤羊排
我这个烤得是半熟的,喜欢吃WELL DONE,您可多烤一会儿. (羊排上糊的: olive oil,salt, black pepper, fresh parsley leaves choped later, chopped garlic, unsalted butter melted, white bread crumbs, lemon zest mixed with food processor), 先把两扇羊排450度烤15分, 再糊上上面说的备好的糊糊,放进去接着再烤15~20分出烤箱, 开吃, 很嫩, 有股羊肉鲜美的奶香味儿,不膻.

卖相差点,因为也不是为了秀和拍照做的,通常都是做完了顺手一拍,也没管光线,家常菜嘛,他们都等不及我来拍照就下筷子了:))
