中国的面食文化博大精深，种类繁多，十分美味，面条是一种非常古老的食物，它起源于中国，有着源远流长的历史。最早的记载出现于东汉年间，至今超过一千九百年。有人说，中国五大面食分别是：山西刀削面，河南烩面，四川担担面，北京炸酱面，武汉热干面；也有人说，中国五大面食是：山西刀削面，兰州拉面，四川担担面，北京炸酱面，武汉热干面；还有人说中国五大面食是：山西刀削面，兰州拉面，四川担担面，北京炸酱面，陕西biangbiang面。

在我和太太的旅行中，这是我们最爱吃的五大碗面，简单美味的平民美食。
