我喜欢吃点心, 以前总是买来吃, 健康原因,现在试着自己做。

今天做的, 请忽略外形 (是老公整形的), 很香很好吃。

同事给的方子。

 

材料:

unsalted butter @ room temperature  1cup

sifted icing sugar  3/4cup

1 egg

vanilla 1 teaspoon

all purpose flour. 1 1/2cup

candied cherries chopped. 1cup

pecans chopped. 1 cup

做法:

in a large bowl beat butter & icing sugar until creamy

beat in egg,  then vanilla

gradually beat in flour until just blended

stir in cherries.

wrap dough and refrigerate 30mins

divide into thirds, shape each into roll approx. 1 1/2" diameter

place pecans on waxed paper

place roll in nuts and press nuts into roll

repeat refrigerate 3 hours or up to 1week

slice rolls 1/2" slices

place 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet

preheat oven 350F, bake 10mins until golden edged

cool, refrigerate
