家庭小聚——都是亲民菜

领导生日，孩子们赶回家为老爸庆生。倒是领导在厨房忙了一天哈！不过是本熊精心布置了餐桌，也算生日礼物了：

后院的玫瑰自然是主角

用了最喜欢的水晶杯

餐巾做成的玫瑰花

领导的作品只用手机拍了合影：有五香炸肉，葱姜龙虾，芥末鸡，两张皮也称辣皮，卤牛肉和油菜杏鲍菇。

五香炸肉做法：

里脊肉切片，用五香粉，老抽，盐和葱姜末腌制，一般冰箱过夜。撒少许面粉将汤汁吸干，入油锅炸熟即可。

油菜杏鲍菇做法：

蒜末爆锅，下杏鲍菇用鸡汤煨熟。也可以用香菇代替。最后放焯过水的油菜翻炒，糖盐调味。水淀粉勾芡。
