Kichenaids questions: Grey spots in dough.

Bought a new kitchenaids from Cosotco a couple of weeks ago.  We clean every think with soap before use, but the dough has some grey spots.  Tried hand mix the flour in the stainless steel bowl, same issue.  Do anyone know how to resolve this?  Thanks.
