Beets and Carats recipe:
1. dice beets and carats, dry roast peanuts or roasted in oil.
2. cooking oil in the pan/wok, put one teaspoon of small dark color mustard seed, cover the pan, let it pop a few, so you get the scent and smell
3. put beets and carats in, stir it, sprinkle some salt adjust to your taste, not too salt, since beets and carats has sugar, the final version of the taste should be in sweet taste
4. cook it till beets and carats getting soft (add little bit water a time), mix in peanuts, done
