自制鱼丸

好吃健康的鱼丸汤，很适合今天的天气！鱼片数片化冻、挤水、擦干切块料理机粉碎，今天多加了些蘑菇，加鸡蛋及生粉继续搅拌成浆，温水煮丸子，加喜欢的蔬菜粉丝等成汤！当然也是涮火锅的佳品！
