雪莉酒焖东坡肉

雪莉酒东坡肉：今天去邻近酒庄问雪莉酒，这种在美国已经不流行了的老太婆酒，在好奇的眼光注目下我赶紧解释说烧菜用。这不，一瓶上好的西班牙甜雪莉露酒，我的糖都省了呀，哈哈！


肉捆扎完毕


放入煎锅里四周围微煎断生


封肉完毕。边品边干，您别说这个酒还挺那个开胃的呢！


试着用架子，架子是怕粘底用的，好像我的这个级别水平用不着的了，拿走了后来。


放酒，别小气，整瓶的或者淹没过顶。


两小时后加南乳汁，接着煮45分钟哦。


收汁的时候到了


小心完整的移除，浇汁，


一粒糖都不用放，就里面的糖份是天然的葡萄糖耶！
