if you use 7-in-1, adjust the Pressure to Low to cook rice. And

for all instant pots, as soon as the rice cooking is done (DO NOT WAIT) :

Release the pressure

Press Cancel (do NOT Keep Warm)

Open the lid, use specular to break the  block and loosen all rice from bottem

Put the lid back and wait for 5 minutes

Serve rice for the current meal. If there is rice left in pot, take out immediately and let cool down (DO NOT LEAVE in the POT)

If you use Keep Warm feature for rice, rice will taste horrible and stick to the bottom
