香蒜奶油焗蝸牛

前幾天做了一頓大溪地菜請好友一家來晚餐。 大溪地是我和老公蜜月旅行的地點，因為是法國屬地，當地的菜色深受法國菜影響。 一邊做菜，一邊想起當年吃過的美味，跟10歲的貝貝說，我們在海礁上撿到的海蝸牛有手掌那麼大，廚子用奶油和蒜頭烤了，香得要命。 記得當晚上菜的時候，我吃第一口就嚷‘烏拉拉’，哈哈。 貝貝一向對這些奇異的食物都興趣盎然，上次我請客做法國菜她就很喜歡烤蝸牛，去年在巴黎她幾乎每次去餐館都點這道，還不好意思地用誠懇的語氣說，“媽媽，比你做的好吃！” 

大概被我這一說海蝸牛如何美味，又把貝貝的饞蟲引出來了，她嚷嚷也要吃烤蝸牛。 二十四孝老媽義不容辭，隔天衝到店裡買原料，不過說好要她自己來做。


這次買的是罐頭，把蝸牛倒出來洗洗乾淨。 另外做好香蒜奶油（1 stick奶油＋5蒜頭＋1Tshallots+4Tparsley+鹽和胡椒)。 把蝸牛塞入蝸牛殼，填入香蒜奶油。


都填好了，烤箱預熱425度，烤8分鐘就好了。
