田园时光：简单又好吃的油淋豆腐

       那天，在大统华见到油淋豆腐，看起来很诱人，买回去尝了，真不错。只是那豆腐要油炸过的才香，考虑到很多朋友不喜欢油炸，我试了用中火煎酥脆，时间稍微久一点，效果非常好，这样大家都可以动手了，很值得一试哦。


最后，我琢磨了一下这个菜的名字---油淋豆腐，似乎没有油淋的感觉，但因为蛮好听的，就用它吧。
