迷你鱿鱼煎饼

也是从苏莱浦口带回家的。这种小鱿鱼以前也买过，加了剁碎的泡菜做了一道小炒，味道还可以。这次做煎饼。。。

小鱿鱼冲洗干净。。。

放进滚水里烫20秒左右，捞起泡进冰水里洗净，沥干水分。。。

用煎饼粉加适量清水调面糊，放进鱿鱼/蒜蓉/辣椒末/辣椒粉，少许细盐。。。

调拌均匀。。。

放进煎盘以中火煎至两面酥脆。。。

蘸甜辣酱。。。
