花生酱饼干好吃又好做,能一次性消耗很多花生酱,我都是这样处理剩下的花生酱的

1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar(brown/white,原方是brown white各一杯,我觉得太甜了)
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
还可以做花生酱发面饼,用5杯面+2杯水+1/3杯brown sugar+1TBSP yeast, 加上1杯花生酱和成面团,发酵后放平底锅中小火烙熟就可以了,又方便又好吃
