Making 蒸肉粉

Making 蒸肉粉 is not that difficult.  Baking some rice in over at low temperature for a while until it turns into brown.  Buy a coffee grinder (about $10).  You can make as much 粉蒸肉 as you like.

 

Also crumbled bread (for making fried chicken, fish, etc.) will be good too for 蒸肉粉.
