老鸭汤的制作;主料,鲜大鲍一只、老鸭一只,鲍鱼烫水切厚片,鸭子切块过水,姜葱,料酒

其实很好做,只是个另类的乱炖,只需注意,大火烧开,小火闷煮,最后下药料即可,

前几日去“成仙”吃喝团混了一餐,所带的汤汤很受欢迎,故借此与大家分享一下

《鲍鱼火腿老鸭汤》

主料;鲍鱼八个《2磅》,老鸭2只,鲜冬笋4支,火腿一块,鲍菇二合《7支》当归几片,葱、姜、料酒……

先将鲍鱼洗净,火腿去肉留骨,入锅煮3小时,将鲍鱼取出切片《因鲍鱼不大,如先切片一煮将缩小很多》再与鸭块、火腿肉共煮1小时,汤浓入冬笋块,煮半小时,吃前放入鲍菇、当归片煮20分钟即可,《因考虑有些人不大喜欢药味,故只放了当归片
