上网问题在线等谢谢！

If your computer or network is protected by a firework or proxy, make sure that Firefix is permitted to access the web.

大部分网能上有两个工作邮件网上不去，从手机上能上所以排除第1，2两种可能性即网络和网站的故障。这第三条指示的可能是什么意思？也去firewall,看了firefox是permitted.怎么查是否代理服务器问题？谢谢！
